At RobyPet, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Generally, we will send the items as soon as possible once your payment is completed.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Estimates

We ship worldwide from multiple fulfillment centers (USA, Europe, and Asia). Delivery time depends on the customs and import process in your country.

  • USPS (United States): 1-5 business days.
  • ePacket / Standard: 7-15 business days on average.
  • EMS / International: up to 20 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates. Factors like customs clearance, flights, and weather may cause delays beyond our control.

3. Shipping Methods

We partner with USPS, ePacket, and EMS to ensure safe delivery. We offer Standard Shipping and Priority Express Shipping for faster processing.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

RobyPet is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.


Shipping FAQ

Is shipping included in the prices?
- United Kingdom: FREE shipping on all orders over £25. For orders under £25, a shipping fee is applied at checkout.
- Rest of the World: FREE Standard Shipping on all orders, no minimum purchase required.

How do I change my delivery address?
Contact us at info@robypet.com immediately. Once an order is shipped, we cannot change the address.

How do I cancel an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot cancel orders that have already been processed or shipped.

How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number and a link once your order has shipped.
